This year the Juniors and Seniors will be combines and we have been guaranteed between 8 minutes performance time for the group (however this does not include the time you are onstage for the finale). How much do tickets cost? As part of your fee you receive two free tickets to the show., However additional tickets can be purchased - cost TBC. What Laura has to say about last year's performance? It was a fantastic Show at Her Majest's Theatre in the West End of London on Sunday the 19th April for those 8-11's who chose to be involved. For many of the youngsters this was their first time in London and there were tears at the end of the day from some as they had enjoyed it so much - they didn't want to leave! They met youngsters from all over the country who were also performing. A new pop group called Hola performed a mini-rock concert before rehearsals began onstage - the crowd of youngsters went wild in the stalls. Then it was time for HF youngsters to go up to the stage where they gave a fantastic performance from Mamma Mia! and Grease and the crowd really warmed to the heartfelt numbers. It was definitely an amazing, heart-stopping day that no-one who was involved will forget. What have others said about it? "Congratulations on a great production, we had a great day helped by your efficient organization, our pupils have a memory to treasure" - Lorraine George School of dancing. "Thoroughly enjoyed it, we loved every minute of it, families were VERY impressed" - Ruth Lord School. "We have just returned from the show, everyone had a wonderful day, thanks for making it such a lovely memory". How do we travel to London? Please make arrangements to travel up with the family members who will be watching you perform. While you are rehearsing your family could make a day of it - shopping! We suggest travelling by Nationasl Express and can book taxis for families to share to and from the theatre to the coach station. A minimum of 15 students are required for us to perform on the day. If this number is not achieved then all monies will be returned in full to parents. For more information call the office 01242 234664
